1 – Ordering, delivery, shipping
1A – Ordering
Minimum sale is 50cm, unless otherwise stated (report or clipping, where the minimum sale is one report/clipping). Prices are quoted per 10 centimeters/report/clipping. Any discount codes cannot be combined and only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
1B – Delivery
Shipping price from DKK 45.00 incl. VAT
MH BH Courses delivers throughout the EU. Shipping rates will appear on the order window before the order is finalized.
1C – Shipping
Immediately after ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. The expected delivery time is 3-5 business days. Shipping time to addresses in the rest of the EU can be up to 10 business days.
The amount is charged to the customer’s card when the order is ready for shipment.
NB: In the event of holiday closures and other circumstances that may result in longer delivery times, this will be stated on the order page.
2 – Payment
In the webshop you can pay with Dankort, Visa Dankort, Maestro, MasterCard or MobilePay.
All prices in the shop are DKK incl. VAT.
Customers outside the Nordics must use the following information when paying for orders:

3 – Right of withdrawal and complaints
3A – Right of withdrawal
According to current Danish legislation, the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year warranty.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services and sewing accessories that have been put into use or fabrics that have been cut to size. These are considered to be custom made.
Items delivered in sealed packaging will not be returned if the packaging is broken. Remember to examine the item upon receipt of order. The Buyer shall bear any costs associated with the return in relation to the right of withdrawal.
Orders that are not picked up by the buyer and therefore returned to the seller will be invoiced for return shipping to the seller.
This also applies to the right of withdrawal once the package has been shipped to the buyer.
Written notification must be obtained from the seller before the buyer can make use of the right of withdrawal.
3B – Complaints
In the event of a faulty product, the buyer can exercise the right of complaint. In this case, we will ask the buyer to write an email and describe the error. We will reimburse shipping costs that the buyer may incur in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. Money for returned goods will be refunded to the payment card used for the purchase.
4 – Right of appeal
The buyer can at any time complain about his purchase by contacting MH BHkurser. If no agreement is reached between the parties, the buyer has the right to appeal to the following bodies.
The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Complaints Resolution Center via www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission’s online complaints portal is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints are filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint, you must provide our e-mail address, webshop@lingerieuniverse.dk.
5 – Personal data
5A – GDPR legislation
MH BHkurser is committed to protecting and respecting the personal data collected in connection with you as a customer.
In order to ensure compliance with the obligations under the Danish data protection rules and the Regulation (EU) 2016/279 of the European Parliament and of the Council on data protection, we hereby inform you of what data has been stored in our system cf. art. 13 in the Data Protection Act.
Recorded data is:
- Company name
- Contact details (email)
- Contact history
Contact history is to ensure transparency and create an overview of the buyer’s trade of our products. The purpose of collecting buyer data is to maintain a high level of service, good communication from us as suppliers and, not least, to ensure relevant contact information in connection with any complaints/warranty cases.
The buyer’s personal data will not be used for profiling or sending marketing material without prior written consent.
In connection with the registration of your information and contact history, the buyer has the following rights:
- Right of access to the data registered about you, cf. Art. 15 of the Regulation
- Right to rectification or erasure of data, cf. Art. 16 and art. 17 of the Regulation
- Right to object to our processing of your data, cf. Art. 21 of the Regulation.
5B- Processing and storage of personal data
Personal data is never disclosed to third parties unless the buyer explicitly consents to this. Personal data is collected when registering for newsletters, purchasing or participating in surveys etc. The buyer submits their personal data at their own risk. Personal data is used to complete the purchase or service for which the data was collected.
To the extent that your personal data is processed, the buyer has the right under the Personal Data Act to be informed which personal data can be attributed to you. If it turns out that the information or data about the buyer is incorrect or misleading, the buyer has the right to demand that it be corrected or deleted. The buyer may at any time object to information about the buyer being processed. The buyer can also revoke their consent at any time. The buyer has the possibility to complain about the processing of information and data concerning the buyer. Complaints are filed with the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. section 58(1) of the Danish Personal Data Act.
MH BHkurser retains the buyer’s personal data for as long as we either have a legal obligation to do so or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.
5C – Basis for processing and purposes
MH BHkurser collects the buyer’s name, card data and IP address when the buyer pays for the delivery. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the purchase.
The purchase of a product from MH BHkurser can only be completed if the buyer provides the personal data required for purchase on the MH BHkurser website.
The buyer’s information (except the buyer’s e-mail address if the buyer has consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) is stored in accordance with Danish accounting law for 5 years after the goods have been delivered, after which it is automatically deleted.
5D – Other recipients of personal data
MH BHkurser does not sell or disclose the buyer’s personal data to third parties, and MH BHkurser does not transfer the buyer’s personal data to third countries.
Upon delivery of an order, information about the buyer’s name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be handed over to the freight supplier that MH BHkurser has chosen for delivery of the purchase.
6 – Force majeure
BHkurser is not liable to the Customer when the following circumstances occur after the conclusion of the agreement and prevent or postpone the fulfillment of the agreement: war and mobilization, riots and unrest, terrorist acts, natural disasters, strikes and lockouts, shortages of goods and shortages or delays in deliveries from subcontractors, fire, lack of transport options, currency restrictions, import and export restrictions, extraordinary interventions by state or EU authorities, death, illness or other circumstances over which MH BHkurser has no direct control. In this case, MH BHkurser is entitled to postpone delivery until the impediment to performance has ceased or alternatively to cancel the contract in whole or in part without compensation.
